Hunter Pro-Spray sprinklers (also called spray heads or sprinkler bodies) are engineered to ensure long-lasting, reliable performance.

This PROS04-CV-12H features a factory installed check valve which eliminates drainage at heads installed on slopes, protecting landscapes from damage and erosion while reducing water waste.  It also comes with an installed Hunter Pro 12H nozzle.

Remember that an underperforming sprinkler generally does not mean there is a problem with the sprinkler head or nozzle, but rather that the system does not meet the minimum performance requirements.  Things such as insufficient water pressure or volume, too many heads on a zone or use of non pressure-regulated heads can prevent sprinklers from reaching performance capabilities.

This Hunter PROS04-CV-12H has a 4″ riser. The sprinkler body itself is 5-7/8″ long.  Please note that all spray heads are identified by the height of the riser and not by the overall length of the sprinkler body.  A 4″ spray head means the riser is 4″.  It is not the measurement of the overall length of the sprinkler.

Hunter Pro-Spray heads are compatible with Hunter Pro Adjustable Nozzles, Pro Fixed Nozzles, and MP Rotator® Nozzles or any other industry-standard female nozzles offering a high degree of flexibility.

Every Pro-Spray, regardless of the model (such as PROS-04, PROS-06-SI, etc…), has a cap that says PRO-SPRAY which is the name of the spray head series.  It will not have the model number on it.
