Hunter PGP-04 Ultra Rotor 4″ Pop-Up
The Sprinkler Nut reminds you...

- The the PGP-04 Ultra has a 4″ riser (the part that pops-up) with an overall body length of 7-1/2″
- All rotor heads are designated by the height of the riser and not by the overall length of the sprinkler body
Description
The PGP Ultra takes the foundation of the original best-selling PGP rotor and raises the bar with a range of powerful new features developed over three decades of research, customer feedback, and lab testing.
Upgrades include a non-strippable drive and automatic arc return that allow the turret to be turned without causing damage, and return the turret to its original arc regardless of where it is turned.
Along with each rotor head you will receive a tree of 12 nozzles: 8 standard nozzles and 4 low angle nozzles. We will also include a rotor adjustment tool with each order!
Key Benefits of the PGP Ultra:
- Automatic arc return allows for return to the original arc regardless of where the turret is turned
- Patented non-reversing 360º for part- and full-circle in one model, from 50º to 360º
- 12 nozzle choices included with each rotor:
- 1.5 to 8.0 blue, 2.0 to 4.5 low-angle gray
- Nozzle trajectory: Std = 25º, Low angle = 13º
- Nozzles are supplied but are not pre-installed

A pro-tip from the SprinklerNUT: Manufacturer specifications for rotors assume certain minimum requirements of the irrigation system. While it’s not impossible a that rotor could under-perform due to a manufacturing defect, it is very unlikely. Under-performance is almost always an indication that the system it’s installed on does not meet the minimum performance requirements. Things such as insufficient water pressure or volume, too many heads on a zone, or even the wrong nozzle for the application, can prevent a rotor from reaching performance capabilities. You can use our contact page to reach out to us for help with any performance questions or concerns that you may have.
Looking for different nozzles? The PGP Ultra features a total of 34 different nozzles options with several different radius choices (sold separately). Browse our store to find the nozzle that is a perfect fit for your system!
If you need a rotor with a taller riser, the PGP Ultra is also made with a 6″ and 12″ pop-up. A shrub rotor is also available.
