Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for most purchases at our Orange Park, FL location. Pickups are available 10:00AM - 5:00PM ET Monday through Friday. Place your order online and select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders.
While most orders received before 2:00PM ET will ship the same day, there are unforeseeable instances that could prevent an order from being dispatched. Orders shipped via standard ground may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. You may choose to pay for an Expedited shipping option, which is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided and services available to that area. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free ground shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Items shipping via FedEx or UPS cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Orders ship out on carrier business days which are Monday - Friday.
Not all shipping methods are available for all items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURESTo protect our customers and our business from possible fraudulent activity, orders may be subject to a security review. This is especially true for orders where the billing address does not match the shipping address.
During this review, we may take extra steps to verify the order and the cardholder's identity. This may include SprinklerHUT contacting you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your information. Orders undergoing manual review may experience a slight delay in processing and shipping, which we will quickly communicate to you.
If your order requires additional verification, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
A clear image of a government-issued photo ID that matches the billing information.
A copy of the front and back of the credit card used for the purchase (with sensitive numbers blocked).
A utility bill or bank statement confirming the billing address.
We will make every effort to complete the verification process quickly. If we cannot reach you or the requested information is not provided, your order may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a secure shopping environment.
